Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground, with the exception of The HEX Bag, which is shipped via UPS. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking status to be updated by USPS, and up to 24 hours for UPS.

The Hex Bag Shipping Details:

• In Stock: Ships within 3-5 business days via UPS.

• Pre-Order: Typically ships within 90-120 days.

For all other orders, please allow 2-14 business days to receive your order within the United States. International shipping may take up to 21 days. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or the weather.

We are only able to ship to the address indicated at checkout. Shipping addresses are exported from one database to another, so please ensure that the address you enter is correct upon receiving the order confirmation email. If an address error is made, please email us within 5 hours of the order confirmation. Once orders are processed for shipment, no changes can be made.
